Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
- What is Sage?
- Sage is a patient intake and education assistant. It collects your history and educates you from our curated library, but it never diagnoses, recommends treatments, or gives dosing. A licensed provider makes every clinical decision.
- Will the bot tell me how to dose or inject something?
- Never. Diadara stores no dosing or administration guidance and the bot is hard-blocked from providing it. Those questions go to your provider during your consult.
- How is my health information protected?
- All health data is treated as protected health information: encrypted at rest and in transit, access-controlled, audit-logged, and never placed in URLs or used for advertising.
- What if Diadara isn't available in my state yet?
- We check provider licensing for your state before collecting any health information. If no provider covers your state, we'll add you to a waitlist and collect nothing further.
- What do the evidence labels mean?
- Every compound is labeled FDA-Approved, Investigational, Limited Human Data, or Preclinical Only, with real citations, so you can judge the strength of the evidence honestly.
