Education only — not medical advice
Understanding longevity-oriented care
Longevity care is about healthspan — staying capable and well for longer. It's an area of active science, which makes honesty about evidence more important, not less.
What it involves
- A whole-health review by a licensed U.S. provider.
- A focus on fundamentals your provider can actually influence.
- Periodic check-ins as your health and the science evolve.
- Education that separates established medicine from early research.
The evidence, honestly
Much of longevity science is genuinely early. Some approaches are under active study; others rest largely on laboratory or animal data. We label that honestly — and a licensed provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
- Investigational
Several longevity-oriented approaches are under active study and are not approved for the uses being researched.
- Limited Human Data
Others have some human research behind them, but it is limited — we say so plainly.
